Nichesoft, LLC has a no refund policy for software, hardware, technical support, and lease payments.
Hardware items that are DOA (“Damaged on Arrival”) may be exchanged for an equal or like item within 20 days of the purchase date providing that all boxes, manuals, and cables are still available. If boxes, manuals, or cables are missing, you will be required to use the item’s warranty service directly through the manufacturer if available.
Security Keys (“Dongles”) will NOT be replaced if lost or stolen. You must re-purchase a license for the software to obtain an additional key. Keys that are damaged while in your possession may be exchanged with the original licensee only for a $50 (USD) fee plus the cost of shipping.
